Service Agreement

By using this website or requesting roofing services, you agree to these terms. We provide roofing inspection, repair and replacement services in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. All services are performed by licensed, insured roofing professionals.

Pricing

All prices quoted on this website are estimates. The exact price for your service will be provided in a written estimate before work begins. You will never be charged more than the quoted price unless additional services are requested and approved by you in writing.

Insurance Claims

We assist with the insurance claim process as a courtesy. We are not a public adjuster and do not charge separately for claim assistance. Insurance claim decisions are made by your insurance company. We cannot guarantee claim approval or specific payout amounts.

Warranties

We provide a workmanship warranty on all installations. Manufacturer warranties are separate and provided directly by the shingle or material manufacturer. Warranty terms vary by product and are outlined in your installation contract.

Liability

We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. In the event of property damage during service, we will work with you and our insurance to resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations

You may cancel a service request at any time before materials are ordered at no charge. Once materials are ordered or work has begun, cancellation may incur a restocking or labor fee as outlined in your contract.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
