What Happens After You Call
We answer the phone during business hours — no call centers, no automated systems. You talk to someone who actually works on roofs. We'll ask a few questions about the issue (leak, hail damage, age of roof, insurance status) and schedule a free on-site inspection. Inspections take about 30 to 45 minutes. We check the shingles, flashing, pipe boots, ridge caps, gutters and attic for signs of damage or wear. You get a written report the same day with photos and a clear recommendation — repair, replace or leave it alone.

If you think your roof was damaged by hail or wind, don't file the claim yet. Let us inspect first. We'll document the damage with photos and measurements, then help you file the claim with the right information. Filing too early without documentation gives the insurance company an excuse to lowball or deny. We've handled hundreds of Dallas-area claims and know exactly what the adjuster needs to see. Once the claim is filed, we meet the adjuster on your roof, walk the damage with them and make sure nothing gets missed. If the initial estimate comes in low — and it usually does — we file a supplement with additional documentation. About 70% of Dallas roof claims need at least one supplement to get fully funded.

Replacement quotes depend on roof size (measured in squares — one square = 100 sq ft), material choice, number of layers to tear off, and whether the decking needs replacement.
